The recipe for a coffee cake

Black chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS

For the dough:
  • coffe beans – 1 tbsp
  • eggs – 3 ps
  • powdered sugar – 0,5 cup
  • butter – 0,5 tpsp
  • flour – 0,75 cup
For glaze:
  • cocoa powder – 1 tsp
  • egg white – 1 ps
  • powdered sugar – 0,5 cup
  • lemon juice – 1,5 tbsp
For cream:
  • honey white – 1 tbsp
  • ginger root grated fresh – 0,25 стакана
  • cream cheese soft (mascarpone or "almette" without additives) – 0,75 cup
  • coffee liqueur – 1 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Coffee is very finely grind in a coffee grinder. Sift flour and coffee through a sieve. Beat eggs and powdered sugar until a thick paste, gently mix with the coffee-flour mixture - until homogeneity.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. A detachable form for an oven with a diameter of 20 cm is smeared with butter, put the dough into it. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until ready (when lightly pressed, the prepared cake should spring). Put the cake on the grill, allow to cool.
Step 3
Cook the cream. Cream cheese and honey whip until smooth. Add the liquor and ginger. Mix.
Step 4
Cut the cake into 2 layers. Lubricate one layer of the resulting cream, from above put a second layer.
Step 5
For glaze, whip the sugar powder with egg white and lemon juice. Lubricate the surface of the cake with 3/4 glaze.
Step 6
The remaining glaze is mixed with cocoa. Fill the resulting mixture with a culinary bag with a thin nozzle and apply an ornament to the surface of the cake. Decorate with coffee beans.
